Abstract

Las repúblicas soviéticas buscan rescatar y reorganizar sus raíces étnicas, culturales, históricas y religiosas ... volver a ser pueblo. La Iglesia no tiene cuadros de base para recuperar rápidamente su poder perdido. Necesita de los laicos expertos en comunicación social.
