Abstract

Un Plan Nacional de Desarrollo debe contar con un componente de comunicación. Así lo entendió y asumió el Gobierno del Ecuador al plantear la propuesta con coraje, consecuencia ideológica y autenticidad política. Este artículo recoge una de las iniciativas más interesantes de la región, aprobada por Decreto Presidencial, para integrar el desarrollo con la comunicación a través de diez proyectos de acción concreta.
