Abstract

Los historiadores serán los encargados de componer un cuadro completo de la perestroika. Pero el pueblo dirá si funcionó o no. Han sido años de comprensión de las posibilidades que ofrece la vida. La glásnost dio lugar a cambios increíbles:elevar la disciplina laboral y ejecutiva, establecer la autogestión económica y el control de calidad,liquidar el desface entre la palabra y la acción, aplicar nuevas tecnologías para acelerar el desarrollo socio-económico del país y combatir la embriaguez.
