Abstract

Para el común de la gente la transfronterización de los medios es un asunto de Televisa, CNN, Televen y otros gigantes de las comunicaciones. Con la apertura y consolidación de las redes y el correo electrónico, este acceso privilegiado cambia y las fuentes globales y los bancos de datos dispersos se abren con oportunidades inéditas al nuevo periodista en gestación, y al ciudadano o la ONG que tiene y necesita información para promover la justicia y el cambio. El periodismo transnacional no es más un juguete de los medios privilegiados por su tamaño y sus recursos.
