Abstract

Si bien la informática tuvo sus orígenes en el ámbito militar, es en los negocios que ha desplegado su mayor desarrollo. En el mundo empresarial la influencia del "networking"" ha trastornado los viejos esquemas de funcionamiento. Las necesidades de flujo informativo, combinado con una mano de obra más calificada y con mayores expectativas personales, hace que los antiguos esquemas burocráticos y centralistas no rendían los resultados esperados."
