Abstract

El artículo refiere que las tecnologías de la comunicación ya son una realidad en América Latina la mayoría de países de la región ya tienen acceso a servicios de transmisión de datos que permiten aprovechar, desde una computadora personal y con una línea telefónica, el acceso a redes de comunicación electrónica, generalmente a bajo costo. Cuenta además lo que ha significado el correo electrónico.
