Abstract

El 1 de enero de 1975 el Valle de Caracas, recibió por vez primera vez la señal de la Emisora Cultural de Caracas, FM 97.7. Esta aventura radiofónica, con 18 años de existencia, fue el norte para un grupo de venezolanos preocupados por desarrollar el área cultural a través de la radio.
