Abstract

Afirma que es preciso redistribuir la riqueza, el trabajo y el bienestar, extender los conocimientos y la cultura, alargar la existencia y posibilitar una jubilación más útil al individuo. El proceso democrático y la conducción del desarrollo requieren cada vez más información y conocimiento científico y técnico de parte del soberano. Las exhortaciones resaltan el potencial desaprovechado de la televisión pero escasean los modelos y proyectos realizables en el marco actual de América Latina.
