Abstract

Este ensayo analiza las experiencias de la telenovela educativa, define las estrategias y condiciones necesarias para su producción exitosa. Los autores describen el método que Miguel Sabido desarrolló desde Televisa en México y la posterior adaptación de ese modelo en la India y Kenia. En este modelo los valores y creencias culturales que canalizan la interacción social pueden adherirse a los mensajes educativos u oponerse a ellos.
