Abstract

El presente informe expone los avances del proyecto Red Ciespal XXI, una iniciativa creada en el marco del convenio entre Ciespal y el proyecto Prometeo, que busca ofrecer una plataforma de acceso e intercambios de información especializada en comunicación para toda América Latina.
