Abstract

El solo uso de Internet no genera una transformación en la sociedad, potencian los trabajos que en lo analógico se han venido realizando de manera permanente. En educación, Internet por sí sola no produce mejores o más eficientes estudiantes o profesionales si la formación previa de docentes e instituciones responsables no es acorde con los tiempos. Se debe pensar que todo contenido en Internet es educativo, como lo propusieron años antes con la televisión. El Quinto Poder, un poder de los usuarios está configurándose en la red.
