Abstract

En un sondeo de opinión a los "sectores dirigentes argentinos"" sobre la integración latinoamericana respondieron en su mayoría que la integración afectará positivamente la cooperación cultural entre los países, un buen porcentaje apoyan los programas comunes de educación para toda la región. Coinciden en que la integración latinoamericana no ha prosperado por falta de decisión y ausencia de políticas coherentes que la impulsen antes que por factores económicos."
