Abstract

La pobreza en el mundo es un problema estructural difícil de resolver individualmente porque es multifacética. El aprendizaje como la capacidad innata de cada persona para obrar recíprocamente en el ambiente social y físico que le corresponde.El aprendizaje está en el centro de las palabras más populares relacionadas con el desarrollo: Participación, poder, posesión y continuidad. Los resultados de los programas internacionales han sido insignificantes.
