Abstract

Mantener y otorgar derechos a la producción intelectual es válido. Las licencias Creative Commons son de dominio mundial y existen representaciones nacionales que promueven su uso y difusión. Estas licencias se crearon para contribuir a la sociedad mediante una gestión de derechos con la potestad cierta y segura de poder decidir sobre nuestras obras, la forma inteligente de cómo podemos liberar nuestros derechos, desde el punto de partida de tomar decisión de hacerlo y contribuir.
