Abstract

En la discusión sobre la legislación de medios en América Latina, la autora plantea que esta debe ser compartida con los otros países de la región, pues existen inquietudes y propuestas más o menos similares entre aquellos que buscan la democratización de la comunicación. En este sentido, y en el marco del Seminario Internacional "Espacio Audiovisual: democracia y cultura"" (Buenos Aires-1996), la autora señala lo más importante de los dos proyectos de ley sobre el audiovisual que actualmente se discute en Argentina y compara con la legislación brasileña."
