Abstract

La preocupación por el devenir de las radios y televisoras comunitarias del mundo hizo que 450 productores, docentes, periodistas, directores, investigadores, representantes de ONG y de organismos internacionales participaran en ese gran espacio, inédito en América Latina, que fue el Festival de radioapasionados y televisionarios, organizado por el Grupo de los Ocho (1995- Quito).
