Se presenta algunos documentos que sirvieron de base teórica para el encuentro de Radio apasionados y Tele visionarios del mundo(Nov. 1995) Se buscaba abrir un espacio para la reflexión, el intercambio de experiencias y la formulación de estrategias que permitan a la comunicación audiovisual democrática enfrentar la avasallante "aldea global"". En la sección Medios, sociedad y violencia, se presentan textos heterogéneos sobre la violencia en los medios
