Abstract

El tema de la protección del periodista, o formulado de otro modo, de garantías para el libre ejercicio de sus labores, se considera desde hace un cuarto de siglo en el doble campo de la profesión y de las organizaciones internacionales, pero hasta la fecha no se han logrado  instrumentos concretos dirigidos al cumplimiento de ese objetivo.
