Abstract

El exilio representó para muchos  intelectuales una experiencia tan sufrida y dolorosa que no sólo limitó sino también cercenó la capacidad de creación. Muchos talentos promisorios padecieron una situación de embotamiento que prácticamente los aniquiló. Con Paulo Freire ocurrió  exactamente lo contrario. Fue en el exilio donde creció como intelectual y produjo una obra de gran significación para la educación popular.
