Abstract

El Italia hay más o menos 3000 radioemisoras y 350 estaciones televisivas privadas, y, hasta hoy, no existe ninguna ley que reglamente este sector. Desde 1976, año en que la Corte Constitucional declara la legitimidad de las emisoras privadas, han sido presentados más de 15 proyectos de ley, pero sin ningún resultado. Y ésta es sólo una de las muchas contradicciones que cruzan el mundo de la radiofonía y la televisión privadas de Italia.
