Abstract

RADECO -Radio Educación Comunitaria Básica-, es una experiencia piloto desarrollada en al República Dominicana como resultado de un acuerdo entre USAID (Agencia Interamericana de Desarrollo de USA) y la SEEBAC (Secretaria de Educación, Bellas Artes y Cultos), a través de la cual se ha logrado proporcionar educación básica a niños que se encuentran entre los 7 y 14 años de edad y que por diversas razones (ausencia de escuela en la zona, o deserción) están al margen del sistema educativo formal.
