Abstract

Analiza los principios éticos internacionales, la libertad de expresión y de opinión, la cláusula de conciencia, la injuria y la difamación. Hace un estudio comparativo de los Códigos de Etica de Venezuela, Panamá, Pero y Ecuador, señalando la necesidad de que no sólo sean para los periodistas, sino también para los propietarios de los medios.
