Abstract

En 1979 el Club de Roma publicó el informe "Aprendizaje sin límites: Superando la brecha humana"", elaborado por expertos internacionales, entre ellos Carlos Mal1mann de Argentina y Pablo Latapi de México. En él se esbozan ricos criterios sobre la necesidad de reformar los conceptos estancados que aún rigen en los sistemas educativos y adecuarlos a los múltiples y serios desafíos que plantea la sociedad contemporánea en crisis. Aunque este estudio se refiere a procesos de enseñanza y aprendizaje, por su carácter crítico, pragmático e innovador tiene, sin embargo, gran importancia para la comunicación social."
