El texto refiere a la tenencia de la tierra por parte de los indios quienes a la falta de ésta se ven obligados a emigrar a las ciudades. En el Ecuador el 1.5 de los propietarios dispone del 47 por ciento de las tierras cultivables. El 74 por ciento de los propietarios, dispone del 10 por ciento de las tierras cultivables. Se incluye un programa alternativo para equilibrar esta situación presentando la experiencia del Fondo Ecuatoriano Populorum Progressio -FEPP-.Downloads
