Abstract

El artículo relata que en ceremonia oficial el 18 de octubre de 1991, se inauguró el Departamento de Televisión del CIESPAL. La cooperación y el proyecto CIESPAL con la Fundación Friedrich Ebert, la oferta de cursos de capacitación, el intercambio de noticias y los noticiarios.
