Abstract

En la IV Conferencia, realizada en Beijing,(09-95), fue la primera vez,que se estableció el tema de la comunicación entre las problemáticas prioritarias, desde 1975, en el que Naciones Unidas inició las conferencias mundiales sobre la mujer. Esto fue el resultado del esfuerzo de algunos organismos internacionales que, no obstante, no lograron ninguna referencia explícita a la democratización de la comunicación. El derecho a la comunicación será el desafío de los movimientos de mujeres en los próximos años.
