Abstract

Bajo el auspicio de la Unión Europea de Difusión se desarrolló el primer sistema de radiodifusión digital Eureka 147 DAB. Ha provocado controversias, especialmente entre Europa y Estados Unidos. Hay muchos intereses económicos y políticos detrás de esto. Los autores vislumbran muchas dificultades para que la DAB se convierta en la norma mundial, esto debido a que E.U. no se halla muy conforme al respecto.
