A partir de la experiencia concreta de la Asociación Latinoamericana de Educación Radiofónica (ALER), se revisan diferentes aspectos que conlleva la relación radio y redes electrónicas. ALRED, sistema satelital de radio de ALER aglutina actualmente 54 emisoras de 14 países que transmiten 7 horas diarias con una programación elaborada entre todas sus afiliadas, a base de un uso democratizador de la tecnología digital. El autor relata diferentes pasos tomados y las lecciones aprendidas en esta experiencia.Downloads
