Abstract

Analiza la situación que para América Latina las relaciones con las nuevas tecnologías -en general importadas- no son tan fáciles, están mediadas por la distancia existente entre novedad e innovación, presión de venta de los proveedores y satisfacción de las necesidades de los receptores, apropiación individual.
