Abstract

La Declaración de Quito, es un documento nacido en el marco del Primer Congreso Latinoamericano de Comunicación CIESPAL – FELAFACS, realizado en la ciudad de Quito, des 19 al 21 de octubre de 2023. El documento, recoge diferentes propuestas para configurar una agenda comunicacional, hacia el año 2030, con base en las diversas temáticas debatidas durante el Congreso.
