Abstract

Inicia con los conceptos de Sociedad de la Información. Evoca a estas como el tipo de sociedades deseables a las que nos conducirá la globalización. Hace una evaluación de los resultados de la Cumbre de la Sociedad de la Información, convocada por las Naciones Unidas en Suiza y se adentra en nuevas formas de informar y comunicar: los weblogs o bitácoras del Internet.
