Medios necios que acusáis a la justicia.. ¿sin razón….?

Abstract

El análisis se inscribe en Latinoamérica, en un campo de poder de escandalosa concentración de medios, extrema precarización laboral y aguda crisis del sistema judicial en donde también se expresan problemas estructurales de pobreza, marginalidad y exclusión. Se recuerda que el rol de la sociedad civil es fortalecer las instituciones de justicia: la relación entre los medios de comunicación y el poder Judicial. Hasta ahora la relación entre el periodismo y la justicia ha sido inestable, por lo que se impone desarrollar una especialidad comunicacional que imbrique contenidos y prácticas del Derecho. Muestra una experiencia elocuente en Brasil, otra en Argentina y concluye que la información judicial debe ser una herramienta de democratización; un acto de justicia.
