No hay compromiso posible con la democracia sin una ética a toda prueba, ni tampoco periodismo riguroso sin ética. Los autores se proponen reflexionar sobre la relación entre periodismo, democracia y ética. Argumentan que su tarea cotidiana sufre las acechanzas del poder, representado por distintos rostros y grupos. Consideran que hoy el mundo es real y virtual y oscila entre ser testigo de lo real o dedicarse a crear realidades para vender, ganar audiencias, y obtener los favores del poder. Examinan algunos casos de América Latina.Downloads
