Abstract

Un sinnúmero de acontecimientos que antecedieron al referendo revocatorio son contados cronológicamente por el autor, a partir del 4 de febrero 1992; los sucesos de abril de 2002; otros sucesos posteriores el referendo digital, el buscador global de firmas, la automatización del proceso, la violencia y más denuncias dan una visión panorámica de lo acontecido en Venezuela.
