Abstract

Chile está a portas de decidir la norma del nuevo sistema de transmisión de televisión que, según programación oficial, imperará en el país desde el 2014, cuando se concrete el apagón analógico. Intereses políticos, técnicos y económicos han primado en foros y seminarios, sin embargo se han olvidado de incluir a los actores más importantes en el debate: los propios televidentes.
