Abstract

Se trata de un documento de carácter legislativo, preparado por la Organización de las Naciones Unidas para la Educación, la Ciencia y la Cultura (UNESCO) y la Organización Mundial de la Propiedad Intelectual (OMPI). Está concebido en tres partes: una primera, titulada "Observaciones preliminares"", una segunda, que recoge las disposiciones específicas sobre el tema estudiado, y una tercera, en que se comentan los aspectos relevantes de tales disposiciones."
