Abstract

Grupos selecto, estrechamente vinculados con la comunicación colectiva latinoamericana y cort sus aspiraciones, están diseminados por todos los países de la región. Se trata de los ex-becarios de CIESPAL, organizados en asociaciones sólidamente constituídas, copartícipes de las enseñanzas y del espíritu de la Institución y vinculados a ella por lazos que no han perdido su fuerza por el tiempo y la distancia.
