Abstract

En el bicentenario del nacimiento del Libertador Simón Bolívar, recordamos su ideal de unidad e independencia política, económica y social, de todos los pueblos latinoamericanos. Sin embargo, aunque esta realidad no se ha realizado todavía, nosotros los artífices de las Radios Comunitarias, del Norte, Centro, Sur América y el Caribe, recordamos su pensamiento y tratamos, a través de nuestras labores, de impulsar este gran sueño de unidad e independencia total.
