Abstract

Refiere los 45 años de trayectoria del Centro Internacional de Estudios Superiores de Comunicación para América Latina. La década de los 60 fue de crítica y reflexión la de los 70 para legislar el derecho de los pueblos a la información y comunicación. En los 80 los esfuerzos se estrellaron contra las estructuras del poder mediático transnacional que consideraban a la información como mercancía.
