Conclusiones del Seminario sobre el Nuevo Orden Mundial de la Información y la Comunicación, celebrado el 23 y 24 de Julio de 1983, en Santo Domingo, República Dominicana, bajo los auspicios del Sindicato Nacional de Periodistas Profesionales (SNPP), el Centro Internacional de Estudios Superiores de Comunicación para América Latina (CIESPAL) y la Fundación Friedrich Ebert (FES), de la República Federal de Alemania, y la coordinación del Dr. Daniel Prieto Castillo, experto de la FES en CIESPAL.
