Abstract

La realización del Primer Encuentro andino de Legislación en Telecomunicaciones organizado por CIESPAL entre el 23 y 25 de noviembre de 1992 permitió constatar que no basta la similitud en las legislaciones de la región para que se produzca la integración en las telecomunicaciones.
