Abstract

A fines de 1987, en el momento de la aparición masiva en el dial de las emisoras de baja potencia, surgieron dos entidades que agruparon a los nuevos radiodifusores "truchos"" (en lunfardo, todo lo que no es legal). Se trataba de ARCO -Asociación de Radios Comunitarias- y de ARLIA -Asociación de Radios Libres Argentinas."
