This paper presents reflections on the network mode of production of Television America Latina (TAL) and its role in strengthening public and cultural televisions of this Region, in the diffusion of this culture and the adoption of an alternative or resistant stance faced with a historical situation of global trade dominance on regional television production. Methodologically we start from the perspective of the model of culture circuit to propose the circuit of TAL and, from there, outline the steps necessary for the understanding of the cultural representation process in this Network television. Specifically we focus the forms of TV co-production and its mediations as a network, captured through fieldwork in TAL’s Annual Meeting 2014.References
