Abstract

El tema me parece muy oportuno, porque, en los últimos años, tanto las comunicaciones sociales cuanto el desarrollo rural y urbano vienen ocupando un lugar importante entre las preocupaciones de los gobiernos de América Latina en general y del Brasil en particular. En sí mismo, el tema es también muy rico, porque en su enunciado intervienen conceptos de Comunidad, Desarrollo y Comunicación Social, constituyendo cada uno de ellos un vasto complejo de realidades y significaciones.
