Abstract

El presente trabajo parte de la hipótesis de que no basta solamente investigar y descubrir nuevos conocimientos científicos y tecnológicos, sino que, tiene igual y acaso mayor importancia crear sistemas eficientes de comunicación para transmitir esos nuevos conocimientos a los agricultores y lograr la aplicación de las innovaciones tecnológiCas al mejoramiento de la productividad, todo ello en beneficio de nuestras sociedades. Es decir que para los países en desarrollo resulta tan provechoso impulsar programas de investigación y experimentación agrícola como difundir la tecnología agrícola por medio de un eficiente sistema de comunicación."
