Abstract

Señala que hay una evidente contradicción entre los derechos de autor y la libertad de expresión, por lo que el mundo de la propiedad intelectual se halla dividido entre dos contradicciones. Los derechos de autor/copyrigth son herramientas versátiles, no negativas o opositivas en sí mismas.
