Abstract

Los Ministros de Educación de los países del Convenio "Andrés Bello"", Bolivia, Colombia, Chile, Ecuador, Perú y Venezuela, decidieron presentar una s1olicitud conjunta de financiamiento ante el Programa de las Naciones Unidas para el Desarrollo, PNUD, con el obj eto de ampliar sustancialmente las actividades del Centro Internacional de Estudios Superiores de Periodismo, CIESPAL. El proyecto abarca la creación de una Facultad Latinoamericana de Ciencias de la Comunicación, que funcion ará a nivel de post-grado
