Abstract

La Convención UNESCO sobre la Diversidad Cultural ha sido ratificada por 24 estados latinoamericanos desde su aprobación en 2005. Su puesta en práctica supone el gran reto para promocionar y proteger la diversidad cultural. Este artículo presenta cómo América Latina está poniendo en marcha la defensa de las culturas y las lenguas a nivel regional.
