En este artículo el autor analiza cómo descubrió la naturaleza del nuevo orden informativo mundial y la influencia de las nuevas tecnologías, cuando asistió en Moscú a una conferencia internacional sobre medios electrónicos y el internacionalismo laboral. Señala el valor de los videos y el mundo de la electrónica.
