Abstract

Los sistemas de intercambio de noticias existentes fueron desarrolladas en una época en la cual la capacidad de satélites era escasa y costosa. Ahora los procesos de integración se han acelerado. En América Latina se puede constatar que los procesos de integración son muy dinámicos en el Cono Sur, en los países andinos y también en América Central. Con el surgimiento de TLC, gigante económico, la necesidad de mayor información ha crecido porque sin información no se puede dar a la integración.
